The first yoga class I took with Tammy about two years ago, I thought the tone of her voice was so comforting. So much that I have fallen asleep a few times. After rupturing my Achilles and having five surgeries, I had limited flexibility in that area. Now I feel more balanced and able to do moves I never thought possible. Tammy taught me how to be in the moment by controlling my breathing and clearing my mind. With each practice I feel better and always learn something new. Yoga with Tammy has changed my life and I will always be grateful.

I have been doing yoga with Tammy once a week for approximately one year and I have benefited from it mentally and physically. Before I started yoga, I was experiencing anxiety at bed time, which affected my sleep and my mood. Now, I know how to breathe to calm myself down and to be in the moment. Tammy is a wonderful yoga instructor. She has patience and clarity as you are led through your yoga practice. She has helped me immensely with my flexibility and breathing.
